 ASCEND is a mutiple award winning community charity based in South Oxhey, Hertfordshire, an area recognised as a regeneration district with social deprivation issues. Thanks to ASCEND many local people now have the self esteem, confidence and skills to increase their life chances, often finding employment or voluntary work as a result.  Pathways is a day centre for anyone who is homeless or rootless in Chesterfield and the surrounding areas. Our aim is to provide support, advice and refuge to those who are disadvantaged and to help break the cycle of homelessness. We offer a number of services including hot meals, a laundry and support in looking for accommodation.
