Summary and Findings from the Three Xchange '07 Events
Officers and trustees of the Church Urban Fund have been continually impressed by the effective and distinctive work that is being achieved by many of the projects that CUF supports. The CUF Xchange initiative aims to provide a platform so that the approaches and insights that contribute to this distinctiveness can be heard. The government has made it clear that it wants to hear more from the voice of those who are working on the ground, in particular from ‘faith-based organisations’ working in poor communities.

Three Xchange Network days were arranged in London (20th March), Manchester (27th March) and Birmingham (28th March). The events were independently facilitated by Ann Morisy, and supported by staff and volunteers from Church Urban Fund.

Across the three events, almost 100 people attended from different projects and organisations across England. The outcomes are detailed in this document, and will be fed back to government.
