Net-work 4 is a project in formation across Birmingham and the West Midlands working and engaging with Priority Prolific offenders below the age of 18yrs old. We are looking for experienced advice into establishing funding for a multi disciplined outreach team of 4 workers getting out to engage at root the issues these offenders struggle with. I am connected with Worth Unlimited/Vineyard church/ Police/ Probation and other organisations but need advice about formulating this needed service.
